Q. Why cant I see/purchase your products? 

A. At this time, LARA does not sell to the general public. Our catalog is reserved for resellers to resell. If you are a reseller but your account was not approved, please email sales@larafashion.us. Thank you!


Q. What is your minimum purchase amount? 

A. This online store has no minimum policy. However, our brick & mortar store, FashionGo and LAShowroom have a $100 purchase minimum, specific products require a minimum quantity on top of the minimum purchase amount. Details are specified in product listing. 


Q. When does my order ship?

A. All confirmed orders ship within 1-2 business days. Confirmed orders are orders that have been cleared with payment. All orders come with a tracking number that can be accessed from your account.


Q. Do you accept Net Terms? 

A. We generally do not accept Net Terms. Only a certain amount of net term slots are available throughout the year and the general requirement/expectation for net term approval is if:

  • The retailer places more than $100,000 worth of orders per year with LARA
  • The retailer can provide credible trade references and or is factor approved 


Q. Do you charge a restocking fee

A. Yes, all orders being returned within 7 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which is deducted from total refund. If it has been more than 7 days from receipt, LARA cannot accept returns under any circumstances. 


Q. Is your online store safe?

A. Yes, you can purchase with confidence knowing all information is encrypted with an SSL certificate. In addition, our online store is Level 1 PCI compliant and our store is hosted on lightning-fast SAS 70 Type II certified servers. Our host data center employs hacker deterrent security provisioning, three redundant network architectures and hardware firewalls.


Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Periodically, LARA Fashion will run promotions such as "Free Ground shipping for orders over $___. However, LARA Fashion does not offer a standardized Free shipping option. 


Q. I need a NAFTA, can you provide it?

A. Yes, for orders going to Canada or Mexico we offer NAFTA forms. However, we only work with UPS, at this time we do not ship to NAFTA territories with FedEx. Please email sales@larafashion.us with your order number and NAFTA request.


Q. Why do I need to create an account to see products? 

A. As a Wholesaler, products are hidden for LARA Fashion qualified merchants only. In order to apply for merchant status, please create an account today and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. 


Q. Can I specify my own shipper?

A. Yes, if you require a specific shipping option not specified on our store, please contact us. Our preferred shipper is UPS


Q. Do you dropship?

A. LARA Fashion has discontinued our dropshipping program.
