Shipping & Returns

LARA Fashion's return and shipping policies may change at any moment. When changes do occur, a news post will be available from the bottom (footer) of our website. We encourage customers to check our shipping & return policies occasionally. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Any item purchased at a discounted sales price does not qualify for refunds or exchanges unless product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.

All items being returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the items were damaged as a manufacturer flaw, the restocking fee does not apply.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

*Please note - depending on shipping providers, the return label will expire within 24 hours. It is up to the customer to print the shipping label within 24hrs of receiving the email. If return label is expired, the customer can either ask us to generate a new label and the customer will be billed with the appropriate shipping amount or the customer may decide to ship the item back within their own means. 

Refund items must be received within 14 days. Any items received after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from product refund.

Refunds will not be initiated until a tracking number has been provided to us. 


Shipping

Currently, our website only supports domestic shipping within the United States. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at sales@larafashion.us and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. 

When you place an online order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

International Cargo Shipping

International orders requiring cargo service is available through LARA Fashion. Please note, we cannot fulfill any cargo requests without a proper telephone number. 

We currently ship to these cargo companies daily: Brother Packing, MC Cargo, LC Cargo, Speed Packing, Bethel, Marcial/Olarte, Vision/Wrag Time Express, Aria Packing, United Cargo Logistics. If you require a different cargo service, please contact us.

 

Free Shipping

LARA will occassionally offer free shipping for orders totaling over a certain dollar amount. However, restrictions do apply. Please read below for full restrictions:

Free Shipping can only be applied to UPS Ground Shipping unless otherwise stated in our promotion.

Free shipping only applies to orders placed online. Orders placed by phone or in store do not qualify for Free Shipping. 

Free Shipping only applies to the 48 continental states. Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders unfortunately do not qualify for free shipping.

Only items that were received damaged, defective or an incorrect item was sent qualifies for returns during a free shipping promotion. 

If the items are not damaged, defective, or incorrect but the buyer requests a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, the buyer will be charged with the return shipping and new shipping costs.
